About Us

Bay Beds has operated for approx 25 years in Napier. It began as a business in a garage and later moved into a retail / factory space in Onekawa, followed by a move to Tennyson St 13years ago and then this year to our new shop and factory on Carlyle St. 

The business has been built around developing a great product and great customer service. We use only top quality materials to produce our beds; premium grade pine clears timber for the bases and Dunlop foams which come with their own 10 year guarantee in our mattresses as well as NZ Latex Gold and NZ southern downs wool. We are constantly looking for new ideas and ways to improve our product. 

Because we make the beds we are able to custom design beds for those with particular needs such as elderly people or those with injuries.
