That covers any faulty materials and workmanship.  On top of our 10 year warrantee, we offer a Comprehensive 30 day comfort guarantee on all new mattresses made in our Hawkes Bay factory.
​With the Bay Beds 30 day comfort guarantee, you can buy in confidence. If you find that your new mattress is not living up to your expectations, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we will alter your mattress to suit your needs, free of charge*.
  • This is usually a same day service, so we try to pick up your bed early in the day and get it back to you that evening so you’re not left without a bed.
  • The guarantee covers you for having your new mattress altered if you find it’s not suited to your needs. We will do alterations of equal value to the original bed purchased FOR FREE*!
  • If you want to add additional layers or more expensive comfort layers to your mattress there will be a charge which we will quote for accordingly.
*​If a customer wants to add additional layers or more expensive comfort layers to their mattress, charges may apply. for example, customers cannot puchase a Mattress of lower value, then have it converted to a mattress of higher value, without encuring some cost to the custmer.
